International Air Transport Association

IATA is an international trade body, created over 60 years ago by a group of airlines. Today, IATA represents some 240 airlines comprising 84% of total air traffic. The organization also represents, leads and serves the airline industry in general. Areas of activity include airline and aircraft operations, airport and air navigation services, cargo, economics, environment, finance, passenger, legal, government and industry affairs, safety and security and simplifying the business.

The Blake Project was selected to help IATA’s consulting arm increase its perceived value. We conducted customer /stakeholder research and industry expert analysis, resulting in a comphensive report of findings, implications and recommendations that significatly changed the strategic direction of IATA's consulting arm.
