Type of organization: Continuing care retirement community
Objective: Develop a comprehensive brand strategy (including brand architecture) for a multi-faceted brand.
Challenge: The management team was not sure if the organization's current brand identity was broad enough to work for its rapidly growing portfolio of diverse services (independent living, assisted living, nursing care, home health care, hospice, etc.)
Solution: Conducted a brand audit, customer research, a brand positioning workshop and a brand architecture project to update and solidify the new brand strategy, helped the organizaiton convert this strategy into a tag line, brand plans and customer touch point management design.
